You’re probably thinking the same thing I would be if I hadn’t come across this pic from a recent celeb-studded film screening at the Museum of Modern Art: Yeah right. That’s because the Dame, 65, is more famous for flashing her bikini bod and red carpet cleavage than she is for the kind of attire you’d want your mom to turn up in at your wedding. But get a load of this!

So chic. I’m loving the deep red color, the glitzy but toned-down accessories (especially the brooch or pin fastened at the belt of her dress) and I must say, this fits her to a tee. There’s no chest exposure, the hemline is practically the dictionary definition of knee-length and it’s fitted and flattering without looking inappropriately clingy.
