Celebrating PINKtober in Seattle
Written on October 12, 2010 by Cody Whitefoord
Every year Americans celebrate October as National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Whether that be through attending a local charity event, buying Pink Products, or participating in a breast cancer walk, it always feels good to support a good cause. Some of you may even remember when we blogged about donating your dress to support breast cancer research. There are so many ways to get involved!
Tomorrow evening in Seattle, the Wishpot team will be partnering with Seattle Weekly to host this month’s Happy Hour for Hope at the Hardrock Cafe.

This event will benefit Susan G. Komen of Puget Sound. We’d love to extend an invitation to anyone in the Seattle area – find out all of the details by checking out the event on Facebook.
Even if you can’t join us, what are some ways that you are celebrating National Breast Cancer Awareness Month – we’d love to hear about them!
