The Best Souvenirs

I love my European clothes! My Danish jeans are hands-down my favorite. Each time I wear them, I’m reminded of the great time I had visiting my sister and her new family in Denmark. The jeans are almost jeggings with their close, glove-like fit. They work perfectly with my boots and don’t at all interfere with the boot’s zippers like my American skinny jeans do.  Whenever I get compliments on them, I point out they’re Danish and show them the proof. Being 5’2″, I already have trouble finding pants I won’t have to hem, but when I unroll the extra length on my Danish jeans, the extra fabric totally engulfs my foot and even then there’s fabric to spare.

The hats and scarves I’ve bought or received in Europe are some of my favorite accessories. I’m antsy for Southern California’s weather cool down enough for me wear them again! And the great thing about scarves and hats as souvenirs to bring back either for yourself or for someone else is that they’re lightweight and easy to pack. They’re stylish souvenirs exemplary of the local fashion without flashy advertisements of where they’re from.
